Vision & Values
Core Convictions
God entrusted the work of the Kingdom to human beings in creation, breathing his Holy Spirit into us to enable us to enjoy spiritual intimacy with him and providing us with the supernatural resources we needed to fulfil this Kingdom calling. This intimacy in the Holy Spirit was lost in the fall, but has been restored to us through Jesus’ life among us, his ministry, death, resurrection and outpouring of the Holy Spirit ever since Pentecost.
Since God’s gifts and his call cannot be changed, even Jesus honoured this delegation of the Kingdom to human beings by waiting until he was baptised with the Holy Spirit at the Jordan River, and commencing his ministry in anointing, gifts and power of the Holy Spirit.
So if through faith in Jesus we are born again into membership of his Kingdom, filled with the Holy Spirit and trained to minister in the gifts and power of the Holy Spirit as he did, we too can be equipped and enabled to have him speak through us, and reproduce his Kingdom works (healing, deliverance etc) through us too. (Jn14:12)
Through his first disciples he commissioned his church to continue what remains his Kingdom mission and ministry until he returns (“As the Father sent me so I am sending you” Jn 20:21, “And this gospel of the Kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.” Matt 24:14))
Jesus is renewing his church in putting these truths into practice in these times, and is raising up many new leaders and expressions of church to meet the challenges of these times. We believe he is calling us to cooperate with him to see this happen in Wales.
Vision
Our vision is to see Jesus’ Kingdom impact and change Wales in all spheres of life.
